People don't change - attitude can be changed



The law of control - a mental law - the more I am in control of my life, the better I felt

Internal focus of control versus external focus of control - represented by fate and luck
When dealing with situations of stress and burnout, the stress is external and the burnout is internal

The salespeople who live according to an external control focus come to take the customer's money while the salespeople who live according to an internal control focus come to give the customer what he needs
Excessive niceness invites acts of hostility / violence. Being strong means being loving


The law of indirect effort - mental law - "He who pursues honor, honor escapes him"

Most things in life we get much faster in an indirect indirect way

Give another what he needs and there is a good chance that you will get what you need. Give the customer good service, be genuinely interested in their needs and fulfill them. He will recommend you and indirectly you will get what you need, more customers, more sales



Time management - controlling the occurrence of events one after the other

Principle of pleasure and pain. A 'closed-circuit' in the brain causes pleasure, an 'open-circuit' in the brain causes pain

Essential - any activity that advances me towards goals - internal control focus

Urgent - any action that prevents me from progressing towards goals - external control focus

The law of reflection - mental law - the outer world is only a reflection of the inner world

The basis for motivation, high self-esteem. "A man is seen in his pocket, his cup and his anger" Sage

Tools to develop high self-esteem[2]

A. Each person is a one-of-a-kind wonder, each person is special in what they are. "I'm fine, you're fine"

B. Love and self-acceptance must be developed. Memorize "I love and accept myself exactly as I am"

third. develop the self-esteem of others. to praise, a good word (law of indirect effort)

d. Give 100% of yourself. In the workplace, with customers, suppliers, co-workers

Denial of reality, the inability to admit an unpleasant truth
